Welcome to NSN Version 2

Welcome to Nipissing Scouting News’ upgraded site.

We’ve added a few new features to make the site more informative, more entertaining and move interactive.

Among the changes:

* Google Scout Search - a custom Google search engine that searches only Scouting websites with resources and helpful information for Scouters, making Google searches easier and more productive;

* Scout Theatre – a Google gadget that allows links to Scouting videos on Youtube.com. We’ll be changing the videos monthly, so don’t forget to check them out occasionally;

* New Layout – Yes, it looks the same, but we’ve added a third column for better organization and ease of use. Links of local interest – groups, photos, news and archives, are on the right, while resource and other links are on the left;

* More Scouting Links – We’ve added and reorganized links, including more general and specific resource links, as well as the just plain interesting. Want to check out Scouting mags or shops in the U.S. and the U.K.? We have the links.

* Comments Welcomed – Have a site you think should be added? Or more information about an item on the blog? We’ve activated the comment feature. Just click on the “comment” link under each item to have your say.

And we'll show off a few other new features in the new Scouting year, so if we're not bookmarked yet, bookmark us now.
